Anemias (also spelled anaemia) is a decrease in the total amount of red blood cells (RBCs) or hemoglobin in the blood, or a lowered ability of the blood to carry oxygen.
When anemia comes on slowly, the symptoms are often vague and may include feeling tired, weakness, shortness of breath, and a poor ability to exercise.
It's a condition that can be corrected with the modification of our diets.

1.Lemon
Lemon juice diluted with a glass of water ,honey and a pinch of salt makes a very refreshing drink.
Take a glass of this everyday for good results.
2..Dietary changes
Foods rich in vitamin B12 , iron, and folic acid can help cure anemia.Lemon, potato,spinach ,fish apples etc are some very good sources of these nutrients. An inclusion of this in your daily diet can help restore the iron and vitamin level in your body.
3. Honey
You can take honey along with slices of apple or banana for increasing the bodies energy and ironic level.
4.Banana , apple and honey
Peel 2 bananas
Slice one apple
And blend them together

5. Increase the bodies vitamin C intake
Enhance the bodies absorption of iron by taking foods rich in vitamin C and high in iron. This helps the body to better absorb Dietary boron.
6. Eat red meat eg. Beef, mutton etc..
