FunnyFace Arrested By Ghana Police

Comedian Benson Nana Yaw Oduro popular known as Funny Face was arrested yesterday Monday 18th October at 10:14pm by the Ghana police Service after he issued threat to commit suicide and also treathening to kill kill his baby mama in a video he posted on Instagram.




The arrest came after he granted an interview to Kofi Tv.


According to a statement released by the Ghana police he has been arrested for allegedly threatening certain individuals like Fafa Dickson , Adebayor, Lilwin etc via different Social Media platforms. 


Meanwhile, Due to his recent medical conditions Funnyface will be sent to a psychiatrist for review to determine the next line of investigation for his case.

”Funny Face in Police Custody for Allegedly Threatening Some Individuals.




The Police have today, Monday, 18th October, 2021, at 10:14 pm arrested Benson Nana Yaw Oduro Boateng, popularly known as Funny Face for allegedly threatening certain individuals via some social media platforms ”


The police further stated.”Due to the history of the suspect, the police shall submit Benson Nana Yaw Oduro Boateng to the court for an order for psychiatric examination, to determine the next line of investigative action.”

Medikal arrested by police for brandishing gun

Ghanaian rapper, Samuel Adu Frimpong, aka Medikal, has been arrested for brandishing a gun in a video on social media. Medikal was with his wife, Fella Makafui, at the Accra Regional Police Command charge office. He was brought to the station by police and is currently in police custody. This comes a few hours after dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale, and four other people were remanded into police custody following an alleged gun attack that turned out to be a hoax. They were remanded by an Accra Circuit Court on Thursday, October 21, 2021, during their first appearance in court. Shatta Wale was picked up by the police for spreading false news about an assassination attempt at his residence in Accra on October 19, 2021.
